Due to the COVID-19 infection, Lifestyles Physical Therapy is currently closed. While we are deemed an essential business by the State or Oregon, we feel, at this time, the risk to our patients is too high. We are unable to say when we might be back open, but will reassess accepting patients on a daily and weekly basis. We will update this statement and our voicemail message when our status begins to change. In the meantime, please feel free to call us with any questions you might have about your treatment or to just say hi. We will try our best to return your call within 24 hours. Thank you for your patience. We look forward to seeing you all again soon!
At Lifestyles Physical Therapy we provide a unique combination of treatments for our patients through the use of osteopathic manipulation, at-home-strengthening, and deep tissue massage. We treat a broad range of patients from competitive athletes, to victims of motor vehicle accidents, to people suffering from everyday aches and pains. We also make orthotics. Casting is done in the office and fabricated in a nearby lab for quick turnaround.
"I’ve seen Kelly for almost five years, and I honestly don’t know what I would do without her. Her go-to method of treatment is osteopathic manipulations (adjustments), and she is VERY good at them. When I first saw Kelly, I had developed really bad hamstring pain that I couldn’t eliminate with rolling, stretching, and rest. Kelly determined that my pelvis was rotated quite badly which was pulling on my hamstring. She adjusted my pelvis and gave me several exercises to strengthen my core and glutes. With proper care, the hamstring pain went away."

"I have seen 4 different PT's and Lifestyles is the best. They have done an excellent job diagnosing my running injuries. They are very good at patiently describing the exercises I should do. Kelly has even let me video her several times so I'm sure I do them right. I have quickly healed and gotten back to running with their help...Plus they're all light hearted and funny!"

Kelly seems to intuitively know what is wrong and then fixes the issue. I had seen 5 previous physical therapists for SI issues and despite many strength programs, was still all out of whack. Once I saw Kelly, she determined my right side was longer than my left, my tailbone was off and my right SI joint wasn’t moving correctly. She knew in my first visit what needed to be done. I felt so much better!
